A: No, our quoted price includes everything. The only additional charge would be if you opted to have the pool heating switched on for your stay (see 'Villa Rates').
A: For the safety and comfort of all our guests the Villa is a non smoking property. Smoking is permitted outside in the pool area.
A: It takes approx 15 minutes to travel to Walt Disney World and around 20 minutes to Universal and Sea World (see 'Location').
A: Other than your clothes and personal toiletries, very little. We provide all bedding, towels, hairdryers, iron and ironing board, washer, tumble dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. We don’t provide cleaning materials and food supplies (other than a complimentary Welcome pack).
A: There are branches of Walmart, Publix and Target within a 15 minute drive, plus a 24 hour Racetrack gas station and shop 5 minutes away. There are a number of restaurants within a 10 minute drive, to suit all tastes.
A: Yes, there are no buses locally the only alternative being taxis. See 'Links' on our web site for Car Hire companies.
A: Our Management Company provides a 24 hour emergency telephone number so there is always help at hand.
A: Pool heat is available all year round at a cost of £100 per week. Between May and September it is unlikely to be needed, but it is down to personal preference. It can be requested after you arrive, payment can be made locally to our Management Company, or requested and paid for in advance.
A: Orlando International is the closest at approx 40 minutes, then Sanford at about 60 minutes. Tampa International is also another option at about 70 minutes.
A: Yes, see our 'Links' page for details. An ESTA needs to be completed for each guest at a current cost of $14.
A: Just go to the 'Booking Enquiry' page on our web site and fill in the form the instructions, give us a call or drop us an email.
A: You can check in no earlier than 4pm on your arrival date. Departure is normally required by 10am on your last day. A later check out time may be possible depending when the next guests are due in, by prior arrangement. Access to the Villa is via a key in a coded lock box, you will have been provided with the code prior to your departure.
A: Yes, these are easily obtained in the UK before you leave or locally in Florida. We do provide a small number for our guests to use but we cannot guarantee they will be there when you arrive.
A: No, the Villa is cleaned before and after your visit, should you require a mid visit clean this can be arranged by telephoning the Management Company, there would be a charge for this service, paid locally.
A: We do not provide a BBQ as we feel there could be an issue with keeping it clean. However we can arrange to hire one for you for use outside of the pool deck, there will be a small charge for this.
